You will receive free information on how to become more self-aware and begin resolving any internal conflicts and become more engaged with your internal and external self-awareness. You take that away and continue to move forward.
The session will conclude with Q&A and a special offer for those who wish to join the program. YOU is a ten-week program that meets weekly for 3-hour group sessions. These sessions are interactive and very engaging. Each week, you'll have group and individual tasks. There could even be some homework.
